No problem! Depending on the expected scope, with us you can book the online hour packages listed below. The urgently needed online support can be called up easily and without any further delay.

- Step-by-step guidance through repair procedures (after prior arrangement)

- Detailed service report incl. hourly booking after each telephone support call
- In the context of the warranty and for premium customers: free online support
You book an online support-hour package and after each online session you will receive the corresponding invoice, the respective activity report and the updated notification of the hours still available, so that you can supplement your hour package accordingly in good time.
Of course, our online service will continue to be reliably available to you if you are not yet an Ipsen premium customer or if the above-mentioned online hours package has not already been booked. Once we have received your written order for the online service you need, we will start providing you with the required support. In this case, we will charge an hourly rate of EUR 134/h for the online service performed. You will receive the corresponding activity report together with the invoice.
If you are already an Ipsen premium customer and enjoy the benefits of a multi-year maintenance contract or if your system is still under warranty, online support is of course free of charge.
